4H blacklight theatre club thanks community

MIMOSA - The Mimosa 4-H Blacklight Drama club would like to thank everyone who came out to see our production of Playing in the Dark on Dec. 14 and 15.

Although the weather was nasty on Saturday, we had a full house both nights.

Group members thanked the congregation of Mimosa United Church for allowing the use their facilities throughout the year.

Thanks were offered to Ray Thomson for constructing our folding sets, and Leslie Prior of Home Hardware, Acton for donating the black paint.

Additional thanks went to volunteers and leaders, Carol Pollock, Jennifer Pollock, Megan Pollock, Kate Reid-Burton, Paul and Theresa Knierim and June Switzer.

They really helped us to “Learn To Do By Doing”.
