Alma Optimists host annual Toy Show and Sale
MAPLETON – The Alma Optimists hosted their annual Toy Show and Sale on March 9 at the Alma Community Centre. Organizers were pleased with the exceptional turnout. Proceeds from the event will be used for various activities sponsored by the organization, such as the swim program, where youth from the area are bused to the Fergus sportsplex pool. The playground tractor, the park gazebo, the ice trail and rink, and T-ball are also funded with proceeds from Optimist events.
