GUELPH – The Arboretum in Guelph is hosting guided Shinrin Yoku. The July 25 workshop takes place from 1 to 4pm and costs $75 plus tax.

Shinrin Yoku is a gentle, meditative practice that originated in Japan. Over the course of approximately three hours, participants will be guided through a series of mindful invitations to engage with the forest atmosphere in a way that promotes relaxation, clarity, and well-being.

Register online at arboretum.uoguelph.ca/educationandevents/workshops.
