ARTHUR –  Arthur and District Horticultural Society members and community volunteers planted 200 red and white tulip bulbs at the Arthur cenotaph on Oct. 23.

Those who took part included: Dave Walsh, Marilyn Theurer, Elaine Ballinger, Bonnie Thorne, Angie Duffield, Hans Theurer, Mike Walsh, Faye Craig and Judy Johnson.
