Artisan Showcase coming to Mount Forest sportsplex
MOUNT FOREST – The Wellington North Cultural Roundtable is hosting an Artisan Showcase at the Mount Forest and District Sports Complex on Sept. 27.
The event will take place from 10am to 3pm with free admission.
The artisans in attendance will include artists, quilters, painters, photographers and spinners.
Wellington North councillor Penny Renken said there will be “a lot of new vendors for the showcase that we didn’t have last year, so hopefully it will be larger and better.”
She said there are hopes of more entertainment at the showcase this year than last.
The day of the showcase will also be the final day of the Wellington North Farmers’ Market, which will be taking place outside of the sportsplex.
