Backwoods Barbie returns to Fergus Grand Theatre Sept. 27

CENTRE WELLINGTON – Backwoods Barbie: Canada’s #1 Tribute to Dolly Parton returns to the Fergus Grand Theatre on Sept. 27 for an evening celebrating the music, heart and legacy of the Queen of Country herself, officials state.

Audiences were captivated in previous performances by Daphne Moens’ uncanny ability to channel Dolly Parton – from her sparkling stage presence and signature voice to her endearing mannerisms that make fans feel like they are in the company of the real Dolly.

Daphne Moens has established herself as Canada’s premier Dolly Parton tribute artist, officials continue.

A lifelong musician and performer, Moens brings decades of stage experience and a gift for storytelling through song.

Moens is backed by tribute band The Casino Brothers, whose musicianship provides the perfect backdrop for Dolly’s timeless classics, says officials.
