BELL, Dean Fredrick

With great sadness in our hearts, we say our final goodbye to our beloved, Dean Bell. After a brief but hard-fought battle with esophageal cancer, Dean passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, just weeks after his 57th birthday. A father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend, he leaves to mourn his passing his (ex) wife Sandy, daughter Melissa, son Jevin, father Clinton, brother Kelly, sisters-in-law Susie and Sharon, brothers-in-law John and Dan, nieces and nephews Samantha, Tyler, Karen, along with many, many cousins, friends, and workmates. He was predeceased by his mom Bette, step-mom Brenda. A former Air Cadet, avid metal-music fan (particularly Motorhead), and devoted dad, Dean’s pleasures were simple and his friend circle wide. As per Dean’s wishes, a formal service is not being held. But a Celebration of Life will be held at the Mount Forest Legion, on February 3rd 2024, from 2:00pm-6:00pm where we can gather to share “Dean” stories and pay tribute to this wonderful man. His daughter, Melissa, said it best: “Just know he’s blasting his Creepy tape and driving with his knee on the way to Heaven.” In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Mount Forest Cancer Patient Services.
