MOUNT FOREST– Mount Forest Coldwell Banker WIN Reality Brokerage owner and broker of record Bill Nelson was recognized on May 29 by the Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound (RAGBOS) for 45 years of service.

Nelson is also the two-time past president of the Mount Forest and District Chamber of Commerce and former chair of the Mount Forest Business Association, the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation, and the Mount Forest Non Profit Housing Corporation.

He told Community News it felt gratifying to receive the award, and that RAGBOS is a great organization with a strong sense of family and fellowship.

After 45 years in real estate, Nelson said he has made strong friendships and served multiple generations of families.

“It’s very gratifying and humbling that people are kind enough to do business with me,” he said.
