DRAYTON – Drayton’s Christmas Craft Show was originally the brainchild of well known local crafter Barb Dickieson.

When Dickieson passed away before her idea could take shape, a group of caring community members got together to establish the first craft show in 2010. Every year since, with the exception of 2020 and 2021, the popular event has attracted homecraft vendors and Christmas shoppers to the PMD Arena.

Although this year’s show fell short of the all-time high of 37 vendors, a total of 25 vendors offered home baking, knitting, woodcraft, sewing, jams, honey, seasonal decor, and more.  Donations were collected for the local food bank.

Deck the halls – Jane Hentges was among 25 vendors offering seasonal homecrafts at Drayton’s Christmas Craft Show at the PMD Arena on Saturday.
