Commencement - Wellington-Halton Hills MP Michael Chong presented the Gold Medallist award, donated by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 229 Elora, to top graduating student Jade Ritter at the Centre Wellington District High School commencement on June 27. Commencement - There were 159 total awards presented at the Centre Wellington District High School event on June 27.

“This year’s graduating class was particularly memorable with so many talented students,” school officials state. “We had a difficult time choosing our award recipients from such a large group of deserving students.”
