CWDHS girls basketball teams qualifies for playoffs

FERGUS – The Centre Wellington District High School girls basketball team played its last home game on Oct. 28, losing 42-30 to second place Bishop Macdonell Catholic High School. The team finished the season in seventh place and is in action this week in the playoffs. For longtime basketball players Emma Ling and Maggie Long it was their final home game as CWDHS falcons.
