DENIET, Mary

Elizabeth (Betty) in her 87th year, passed away peacefully at Louise Marshall Hospital in Mount Forest, Ontario on November 23, 2024. Betty was a caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt and friend. Predeceased by her parents William and Mary Sullivan, sisters Margaret Corrigan and Rose Tickner, plus grandchildren Jennifer, Allan and Kevin. She is survived by her children Joseph (Kathy), Dave (Michele), Connie, Cindy and Maureen (Kent), 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, and many friends including her best friend Linda. As expressions of sympathy, a donation in Betty’s name to the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as the staff there were such a comfort to Mom in her final days. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life and interment at the Harriston Cemetery will be held in the spring.
