DODDS, Shirley Marie (née Rawn)

Of RR#3 Durham, Shirley passed away at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest, on Friday, June 6, 2025 in her 94th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Hugh Dodds (2015), and son Wayne Dodds (2013). Loved mother of Allan Dodds and wife Marlene of Lisle, Joyce Barrette and husband Jay of Kitchener; and mother-in-law of Beth Dodds of Waterloo. Cherished grandmother of Christopher Dodds and partner Tineke, Julie Sangster and husband Christopher, Adam Dodds and wife Erin, Justin Barrette and partner Yasmin, Jeremy Barrette and wife Jen; great-grandmother of Dawson and partner Kim, Sienna, Hayden, Olivia, Liam, Ada and Sinclaire; and great-great-grandmother of Walker. Dear sister of Myrna McTavish (late Doug) of London. Survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. Shirley was predeceased by her siblings: Fred (Theresa) Rawn, Lyle (Reta) Rawn, Ivan (Mary) Rawn, and Carl (Bertha) Rawn. Visitation was held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Monday, June 9th from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm, where the funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 10th at 1:30pm.
