MORRISTON – On Nov. 7 at about 1:15am, Wellington County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program at on Queen Street.
A 50-year-old man from Markham was charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand for a breath sample. He is to appear in Guelph court on Nov. 18.
GUELPH – Just after 3pm on Nov. 8, a Guelph Police officer pulled over a blue Subaru with plates not registered to the vehicle.
A 37-year-old Rockwood man was charged with impaired driving, using unauthorized plates, failing to surrender a licence and driving without insurance. He is to appear in Guelph court on Nov. 28.
In the above incidents the driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
