EDGERTON, Jean

We are saddened to announce the passing of our dear mother Jean, two weeks shy of her 99th birthday. Predeceased by her loving husband, Howard of 75 ½ years in 2023, and their son, Glenn, in 2013. Mom took great pride in her service as a member of the CWAC in WWII. Upon her discharge she was very active, volunteering for 53 years in many roles to create services and support veterans. Mom enjoyed playing the fiddle and was a regular attendee at Oldtime Fiddle Clubs, dance competitions and jamborees.  Left to cherish her memory are her children, Shirley (Sigi), Wilf (Charlene), Joyce; grandchildren Leanne, Roxy (Tara), Kyle, Kristyn, Kelly and Brad; great-grandchildren Elliot, Quin and dear little McKenna Joy. A Celebration of Life for Mom and Dad will be held in Erin, Ontario in the spring of 2025. Donations to War Amps Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
