CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Elora Sculpture Project Committee is inviting submissions for 2023.

The Elora Sculpture Project (ESP) is a seasonal, outdoor exhibition running from May 15 to Oct. 15.

Eighteen sculptures will be selected by a jury and installed throughout the downtown cores of Elora and Fergus.

Artists at any stage of their career and working in Canada may apply. Any media suitable for outdoor exposure may be considered.  Most artists offer their works for sale to the public, commission free.

Launched in 2010, the ESP has showcased many local artists and as awareness of the exhibition has grown, so has the range of participants.  Artists from throughout Ontario and even Alberta, B.C. and Nova Scotia have taken part.

The deadline for submissions is Jan. 15.

Full submission guidelines can be found at elorasculpture.ca/submissions.html.

The ESP is a community initiative managed by a small group of dedicated volunteers in cooperation with the Township of Centre Wellington.

Funding is provided by local businesses and art-loving citizens along with the Fergus and Elora BIAs.
