Fergus business raises $2,550 for Heart and Stroke Foundation

Cheque please - Carrie Anne Kiersted, owner of Hair with Care in Fergus, held a bazaar on Sept. 12 and raised $2,550 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. On Oct. 1 Kiersted, left, presented a cheque to Sara Felske, senior community relations manager of Heart and Stroke’s Ontario south-west region.

Kiersted wants to thank the community for coming out and local businesses in Fergus, Elora and Belwood for donating raffle prizes for the event. Kiersted said she plans on holding another bazaar next year.
