FERGUS – A Fergus man has been charged with sexual assault in relation to an incident here six months ago.

Wellington County OPP officials say police launched an investigation on Sept. 13, 2024.

On March 6, Charles Ndegwe, 50, of Fergus, with arrested and charged with sexual assault.

He is to appear in Guelph court on April 11.
