GASKEY, Roy S.

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday Jan. 23, 2025 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of Betty, loved father of Heather (Kevin) Petty and Nadine (Mike) Vanden Boom. Cherished and loved Grandpa of Kyla Petty and Taylor Petty. Predeceased by his mother Joanne, sister Olly (Chuck) Daly and brother Bill, Sister-in-law Barb. Roy worked at Imperial Tobacco and kept in touch with his friends from there. He enjoyed playing and watching sports. The family would like to extend their gratitude for the wonderful care and support from Dr. O. Friedman and Dr. D. Rosebush also Guelph General Hospital nurse’s and staff. A private funeral will be held at a later date.
