GUELPH – The 33rd annual Guelph Scottish Festival hosted by the Guelph Legion Branch 234 was another success in the blazing sun on Sept. 21. Spectators sat on a hill at the back of the Guelph legion hall and all the bands performed down below them. Five bands took part this year with pipe bands playing all afternoon on the hill.
