Guelph man charged with voyeurism, indecent act
GUELPH – A Guelph man faces charges after he was observed masturbating while watching a neighbour get changed.
Guelph Police officials say on the morning of June 9 “a resident near Silvercreek Parkway North and Greengate Road was getting changed when she saw a neighbour standing in his open patio door while staring at her and touching himself. The woman yelled to her husband, who was able to get a photo of the suspect.”
On June 11 a 31-year-old Guelph man was arrested for voyeurism and committing an indecent act. He is to appear in court on July 29.
