HANOVER – Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The School of Rock is once again an opportunity to see the talent this area has to offer on stage.

Based on the 2003 movie, Terry Marsh, a founding member of the band Boiler Beach, will re-create the character of Finn, supported by his school’s rock stars – talented area teens and adults, officials state.

With the adult ensemble playing various moms, dads and teachers, they all will help audiences journey to the battle of the bands and You’re in the Band, a wonderful finale, officials continue.

Seven shows are available, including:

opening night on Nov. 28 at 7pm;

Nov. 29 and 30 at 2pm;

Dec. 4 and 5 at 7pm; and

Dec. 6 and 7 at 2pm.

Tickets are available online at hanovercommunityplayers.ca or call the box office at 519-506-6902.

Tickets can be purchased for $30 for adults, $20 for youth 13 to 17 and $10 for children 12 and under.

All shows will be performed at the the Hanover Civic Theatre.
