Holiday light contest winners
MOUNT FOREST – Three winners have been chosen for the “Turn On Your Lights” holiday decorating competition.
The contest, sponsored by Royal LePage RCR Realty, wrapped up its 41st edition this year, with judging on the evening of Dec. 14.
First- and second-place winners in the residential category were Denise and Charles Cusieri at 270 Fergus St., and Angela Collins at 280 Forest Glen, respectively.
In the commercial category, the Personal Empowerment Studio, at 162 Main St. S., came first.
Residential winners receive “Chamber Bucks” they can spend in local shops – $200 for first place, and $100 for second.
The commercial winner earns bragging rights.
