Ignatius Field day and plant sale May 17
GUELPH/ERAMOSA – Ignatius Farm is holding its seedling sale on May 17 from 9 am to 12:30pm.
You’ll find a huge selection of seedlings, grown in greenhouses at the facility.
The seedling sale is taking place under the white tent opposite the Farm Workshop parking lot.
“We are growing: tomatoes, eggplant, flowers, cucumbers, lettuce, herbs, hot & sweet peppers, among many others,” states a notice on the Ignatius Farm website.
Seed for sale is from local grower the Saturday Seed Co.
Katrina from Meeting Place Organic Farm will be at the farm as well, selling sausage (GF, beef and pork) on a bun.
“Get your seedlings, seeds, lunch and start gardening!” officials state.
