Kitchen building business moving
MINTO – A local contractor and developer is planning to move his kitchen manufacturing business to the Palmerston Industrial Park.
On March 19 council authorized an agreement to sell a 0.7-acre lot on Noble Family Road to Dan Sinclair.
Sinclair made an offer to purchase the lot for $24,000, meeting the town’s standard asking price of $35,000 per acre for industrial land.
A staff report notes Sinclair plans to construct a 4,574-square-foot building to house his kitchen manufacturing business, which is currently home-based, and other business interests at the site.
