MARTIN, Mary

Formerly of West Garafraxa Township passed away peacefully at Strathcona Long Term Care, Mount Forest on Tuesday, February 14,  2023 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late David Martin (2017) for 58 years. Cherished mother of Cathy and Robert Timmermans of Saskatchewan and the late Earl Martin (2009), and his wife Kathryn Martin of Mount Forest. Grandmother of Katelynn and Justin, John, Kerilynn and Paul, Jim, Keith, William, Sarah and Adam, Rachel and Joel and Lydia and Jeremy. Also remembered by her great grandchildren Rachel, Payton, Abbie, Jordan, Remington, Marissa, Norah and Duncan. Sister of David E. and Judy Martin of Elora and sister-in-law of Earl Graves of Elmvale. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends. Predeceased by her parents Earl and Winnie Martin, mother-in-law and father-in-law Charles and Mary Martin and sister-in-law Margaret Graves. The family received friends at the Metz United Church, Arthur on Monday, February 20, 2023 from 1:00 to 1:45pm followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00pm.
