McKENZIE, Norman Alexander

1925 - 2023 Peacefully, with family by his side at the Village of Riverside Glen on Monday, December 11, 2023. Predeceased by his wife Hilda (2011), daughter Linda McKenzie-Cordick (2023), granddaughter Brianne (2011) and by his sister Dorothy (1963). Norm will be sadly missed by his son Bill McKenzie (Lorilyn), granddaughters Melissa, Ashleigh (Jayson) and Jenna and great-grandchildren Elle, Kane, Jackson, Presley and also by his son-in-law Richard Cordick. Norm farmed for many years near Ospringe before turning to Real Estate in the 1970’s. After moving to Guelph in 2001 Norm was active in the Wellington Men’s Club Choir. He loved sports and especially watching the Blue Jays, golf and tennis. Many thanks to Bryce, Dillon and all of the staff at Riverside Glen for all of their support and care over the last five years. Private cremation has taken place. A family service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Wellington Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
