Grand Opening - The Mount Forest Thrift Shop celebrated its grand opening at its new location at 184 Main Street North on Aug. 12. The thrift shop moved from its previous location at 134 Main Street South in May, and officially opened on June 11. Grand Opening - The Mount Forest Thrift Shop celebrated its grand opening at its new location at 184 Main Street North on Aug. 12. The thrift shop moved from its previous location at 134 Main Street South in May, and officially opened on June 11.
General manager Brenda Harris said the thrift shop has donated over $1.47 million to Cancer Patient Services and the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation since 2009.
