Norwell District Secondary School girls slo-pitch team compete at Slo-Pitch Festival

WINDSOR – On June 9 and 10, the Norwell District Secondary School girls slo-pitch team competed in the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association’s (OFSAA) Slo-Pitch Festival in Windsor. In pool play, the team defeated St. Mary’s 12-4 and Central Hastings 17-3. The Varsity Reds went on to face Richview and claimed victory 15-14. South Huron defeated the Reds in the final game, resulting in Norwell placing sixth in the province out of 16 teams competing.
