PALMERSTON – On Feb. 26, Norwell District Secondary School’s Drama Club travelled to John F. Ross in Guelph to compete in the National Theatre School Drama Festival for the first time in many years.

The cast and crew of Truly Unfair represented Norwell exceptionally well.

The adjudicators were impressed by the kindness, support and dedication of the students, officials say.

Theatre Norwell students received various awards, including: Danica S., the Distinctive Merit Award for best comedic relief performance; Anna P., the Renaissance Award for best original script and lyric composition; and the cast and crew received the Audacity Award of Excellence for best original music.
