OSTIC, Ronald George
Originally from Fergus, Ontario, and a long time resident of Lindsay and Kingston, Ron passed away surrounded by the love of his family at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Friday, April 4th, 2025, at the age of 89. Beloved husband and best friend of Barbara with whom he spent 64 years. Forever held in the hearts of his children Jennifer Ostic of Welland, Paul Ostic (Claire Maunsell) of Gatineau, and Heather Ostic (Brent Workman) of Kingston. Loving grandfather to Christopher, Natasha, Max, Rachel, Ben, Graeme, and Anna; great grandfather to Vivian. He was active in the community until the week before his death, and was looking forward to celebrating Easter at Glenburnie United Church. He will be missed by all who knew him. Cremation arrangements in the care of Wartman Funeral Home - Kingston. A private memorial service will be held in August around the time of his birthday. Interment will take place at Cataraqui Cemetery. Donations in memory of Ron made to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
