Palmerston Legion made multiple donations from Catch the Ace fundraiser

PALMERSTON – The Palmerston Legion made multiple community donations with proceeds from its Catch the Ace fundraiser. Recipients included the 1943 Army Cadet Battery Support Committee, the Palmerston Public School breakfast club, 1st Palmerston Scouts, Palmerston and District Hospital, Palmerston Firefighter Association, Minto 81’s, Minto Minor Hockey, Minto Minor Ball, Palmerston Skating Club, Palmerston Junior Broomball and the Palmerston Food bank.  The donations totaled $30,000.
