PEARSE, Elizabeth McCreadie (Mackenzie)
Passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Beloved wife of Ray Pearse. Loving mother of Michael (Debra), Michelle (Carl), Marilyn (Fernando, deceased) and Mark (Mary). Cherished grandmother of Timothy, Anthony, Jody (Paul), Brady, Christopher, Nicholas, Brittany (Josh), Brandon, Matthew (Melanie) and Amber (Shawn). Proud great-grandmother of Emerson, Grace, Skylar, Scarlett, Willow, Chloe and Taylor. Elizabeth will be remembered by her brother-in-law Donald Pearse. Predeceased by parents Alex and Bessie Mackenzie, brothers Jim (Dorothy) and Jack (Shirley) Mackenzie, sister Jean (Howard) Harrison, parents-in-law Ernie and Lily Pearse and sister-in-law Elaine Pearse. Elizabeth will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was a life member of Presbyterian Women’s Missionary Society and was a Sunday School Super Intendent for 20 years in Nova Scotia and Ontario. She was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion in Fergus, Branch 275. A Graveside service was held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 2:00pm at Belsyde Cemetery, followed by a reception at the Fergus Legion. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
