Puslinch to hold two public meetings on Dec. 16

PUSLINCH – Council here is holding two public meetings on Dec. 16 at 7pm via Zoom.

Dog kennel

The first meeting is to consider a housekeeping amendment to the township zoning bylaw to rezone specific lands from agricultural to an agricultural (A-__) specific zone to permit a dog kennel.

The lands in question include:

- 4194 Darkwood Road;

- 7111 Concession 1;

- 4078 Highway 6;

- 4712 Wellington Road 32;

- 7813 Wellington Road 34;

- 4284 Sideroad 10 South; and

- 56 Gilmour Road.

Those who are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to comment can send a written submission to admin@puslinch.ca by Dec. 14 at 4:30pm.

Victoria Park Valley Golf Club

The second public meeting is to consider the proposed official plan amendment to redesignate a portion of the Victoria Park Valley Gold Club from recreational to secondary agriculture to facilitate a future vacant lot severance.

The zoning bylaw amendment request is to rezone a portion of the lands from resort commercial to agricultural to permit the development of a single detached home.

Those wishing to comment but unable to attend the public meeting can submit written comments to lbanks@puslinch.ca.

Written comments can also be dropped off in the township mail slot by 4:30pm on Dec. 14.
