Records set at Elora weightlifting competition
ELORA – Aug. 23 saw a day of weightlifting and world records broken in Elora at the RT Health Company, where the True North True Strength open championships were held.
Chris Frappier organized the event with male and female competitors from Kentucky, Missouri and northern Ontario, as well as local competitors.
