ROBINSON, Dr. Peter John
After a courageous battle with Glioblastoma brain cancer, Peter passed away at the Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus on Monday, July 24th 2023 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Maureen, loving father of Mark (Sarah), and dear brother of Margaret of Edinburgh, Scotland. Born in York, England, Peter spent his working life as a research chemist, latterly as a consultant in metal recycling. As his thank you to the medical profession, Peter had arranged for his body to be donated to the University of Guelph, Anatomy Department, for continuing education. At his request there will be no funeral service. It would be appreciated if donations in memory of Peter be directed to Groves Memorial Hospital or braincancercanada.ca.
