ROCKOLA, Thomas Bruce

Tom passed away suddenly at 77, on December 10, 2022 at his winter home in sunny Sebring Florida, with his companion Lacy by his side. He leaves behind his wife of 55 years Nancy (Meadows) his 2 daughters, 6 grandchildren and their significant others. Lesley (Kelly), Michelle (Mutale), Cole (Justine), Katie (Andre), Jessie (Tyler), Crystal (Michael), Kelsey, Quintin (Keran). Survived by his brother Stewart predeceased by his parents George and Margaret (Cann) his sisters Pearl and Mary. Tom worked at the University of Guelph for 37 years until his “retirement” in 2006 and was a member of the Rockwood Fire Department for 25 years, the last 7 years as chief. Tom will be missed by many friends and neighbours in both Rockwood and Sebring and by the Friday 5. “Do what makes you happy” thanks Dad. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
