Salem Public School invites community to honour children in Kamloops residential school tragedy
Orange ribbons – Salem Public School is inviting those in the community to tie a ribbon on the posts, and draw hearts in chalk on the cement out front of the school to honour the 215 children who were found buried at a former Kamloops residential school. Ribbons and chalk are available in a bin at the front of the school.
