Seniors lunch
On March 8, 28 people turned out for a seniors lunch hosted by the Seniors’ Centre for Excellence at the Drayton Legion, featuring a presentation by Jennifer Bowman. She discussed her many years living in Jordan and working at a local school in the country’s capital Amman. She presented video from her time in the Middle East, pausing intermittently to teach the audience common words in Arabic. Photo by Aryn Strickland
