Sensational Elora hosts annual soup off

ABOYNE – Sensational Elora hosted its annual Sensational Soup Off event at the Wellington County Museum and Archives on Nov. 2. The event featured amateur, professional and youth soup makers from Wellington County. The empty bowls program was also at the event, inviting visitors to purchase a handmade bowl crafted by local potters and to fill it with all of the soups offered. This year’s winners were as follows: Jana Burns in the amateur category, Ben Sacshe in the professional category and Arya Mojallali in the youth category.
