SHAPIRO, Ann Elizabeth (Winegar)
Formerly of Heidleberg and Orangeville passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Royal Terrace Nursing Home, Palmerston in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Stan for 40 years. Loving mother of Jeff Mercer (Cheryl), Shelley Boylen, Lesley Boylen-Barton (Rodney). Step mother of Doriann Shapiro (James) and Lindsay Shapiro. Cherished grandmother of Carissa Mercer, Nolan Mercer; Caitlin Barnett (Kevin), Kyle Wakefield; Rylan Clifton; Gabriel Porter, Maddison Porter; Adelaide Adam and Ben Adam, Great grandmother of Theo, Declan and Shay. Sister of Bob Winegar (Joyce) and the late John Winegar. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. To honour Ann’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced at that time. Arrangements entrusted to the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston.
