The report noted that in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a special provision was recommended by staff, and approved by council, that enabled members of council to access up to $1,500 each from the township’s Provincial Safe Restart Fund allocation to address unique remote working challenges in 2020.

“These items are viewed as unique and have not been included in the calculations of the 2020 council remuneration report,” the report states.
