ERIN - The Town of Erin has redesigned its website to help users find information more quickly and conveniently.

Using the existing URL address, www.erin.ca, the site has a simpler appearance, easier navigation, a new “mega-menu” and functionality driven by the needs of users – residents, businesses and visitors.

“The newly-launched website has been designed to offer the ultimate user-friendly experience, by making it easier for users to find the information they need faster,” said communications officer Jessica Spina.

The service-focused website is mobile-friendly, secured for user privacy protection and made with accessibility standards as a priority.

The website is a portal for important information regarding town programs, services, current initiatives, taxes and utilities.

It also offers residents an enhanced platform to find opportunities to stay connected and find ways to get involved in town initiatives.

“Council and staff are committed to continuing to find new ways to connect with residents, while providing open and transparent information,” said Mayor Allan Alls.

“This new website is just one of the new communication initiatives that the Town of Erin has enhanced this year.”

The town welcomes feedback from users on what they like about the new site and what improvements could still be made.
