BRUCEDALE - A wide-area lawn mower is being purchased by Guelph-Eramosa for $104,847.

Council approved the purchase, which is under the budget projection of $118,000, at its April 15 meeting.

Parks and recreation director Robin Milne said the Toro unit is expected to last at least 15 years. It is identical to an older mower owned by the municipality. The sole bid to supply the mower was from Turf Care Products Canada.
