Weather whiplash: from wetness to weekend whiteouts

Weather whiplash - Weather across the north Wellington area ran the gamut last week from rain to winter storm conditions. On Thursday and Friday rain and melting snow had local conservation authorities issuing water safety statements, while by overnight Friday and Saturday a full-blown blizzard was underway, shutting down roads across Wellington County at times.
