Wet weekend keeps Minto 81’s out of action
PALMERSTON - The Minto 81’s weekend plans were disrupted by severe weather over the weekend, which saw their scheduled trip to Lucknow to take on the Lancers cancelled.
The team’s next action is a Jan. 17 road game in Shallow Lake at 8:30pm.
The 81’s next home game is slated for 4pm on Jan. 18 in Palmerston against the Durham Thundercats.
The Saturday game will be followed by a comedy night hosted by the team, beginning at 7pm.
Tickets for the comedy night are $20.
