WELLINGTON NORTH –  Wellington Heights Secondary School’s annual Warm Winter Wishes campaign surpassed its $8,000 goal, raising $9,563 for disadvantaged families in the local community.

The campaign was spearheaded by Ms. Lubbers and her business leadership class, along with the Warm Winter Wishes committee, and included a variety of fundraising initiatives.

The month of December featured Teacher Dare Day, “A Night At The Heights,” snack sales, candy grams, bake sales and corporate donations.
