Resident of Rosewood Estates Retirement Community. Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday September 20, 2025 at Northumberland Hospital, Cobourg at the age of 96. Beloved husband for 50 years of the late Joan Worden (Monkhouse). Loving father of Brenda (Peter) Leering, Mary Jan Lyle (Gerald Helmer) and Lori (Kevin) Coffey. Cherished grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 10. He will be missed by sister Margaret Johnston. He was a loving companion of the late Edna (Jo) Gleed for 20 years. Predeceased by his parents William and Marie Worden and his brother Robert Worden. William spent most of his life selling farm equipment with International Harvester, John Deere, Belarus, Allis and Argo. He also enjoyed spending time at his cottage on Conestogo Lake.
